Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Include original packaging and tags.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Custom or made-to-order items (unless faulty)

Return Process

1. Email tenders@plustenders.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. If eligible, we’ll send you return instructions.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• After inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

Faulty or Damaged Items

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return postage.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
